Earn recognition from the corporate real estate profession, your corporation, the association and a formal display trophy through our annual awards program focused on innovation and excellence. Both CoreNet Global members and non-members are eligible. For the innovative project categories, submitted projects must have been completed between August 1, 2016 and July 31, 2017.

All nominations are accepted online. See unique entry categories below. Please note that there is no cost to enter and all nominations are due Sunday, September 10th. Our national review board of judges will review all submissions and select winners. Good luck!

Corporate Real Estate Executive / Team of the Year

This award recognizes the corporate real estate (CRE) executive and/ or team who made outstanding and distinguished contributions to his/her company and to the profession. It is aimed at acknowledging the achievements of the nominee (individual or internal team) within the past year. CoreNet seeks to recognize: achievements in contributing to company success; contributions for elevating the practice of corporate real estate (CRE); and contributions to the CRE profession as educator or leader. The primary nominee (CRE team leader) should also be engaged in CoreNet. Examples of engagement include: Chapter leader; attended a Summit; earned MCR or SLCR designation; speaker at a CoreNet event; contributed to the content of a Chapter program/event; participated in Chapter special programs; provided content for Leader magazine; participated in a research project.

Young Leader of the Year

This award recognizes the Young Leader of the Year who showed a dedication and enthusiasm for his/her work, exemplifies excellence and should be considered ‘one to watch’ in the broad field of corporate real estate (CRE) in any member category.  Nominee must be age 36 or younger by December 2017. Nominee should also be engaged in CoreNet over the previous 12 months. Examples of engagement may include but are not limited to: attended a Summit, chapter meetings, MCR candidate, contributed to the content of a Chapter program/event, or committee member.

Innovative Workplace (Greater Than 50,000 SF)

This award recognizes innovation in a new or renovation project greater than 50,000 SF.  It is designed to recognize organizations and teams who serve the needs of corporate real estate through innovation in design, construction and development. The project must have been completed between August 1, 2016 and July 31, 2017. The team must be based in Southern California or the project must be located in Southern California.

This award recognizes innovation in a new or renovation project less than 50,000 SF.  It is designed to recognize organizations and teams who serve the needs of corporate real estate through innovation in design, construction and development. The project must have been completed between August 1, 2016 and July 31, 2017. The team must be based in Southern California or the project must be located in Southern California.
